Belarthis, an online publishing platform (ISSN no. 3041-6515), publishes here all articles submitted to it and approved by its editorial board (see procedure). Each contribution is accompanied by a bibliographic, archival, and iconographic record that constitutes a database which—unlike the article to which it is linked—is likely to evolve over time and as new discoveries are made.

The articles published here are specific in that they give particular importance to the analysis of the influence (impact or effect) of the subjects covered on the development of art history and associated disciplines.

The collective logic underlying the Belarthis project does not impose a common way of thinking to all authors, but intends to stimulate an analytical, critical and reflective dialogue on content by combining their efforts, questions and resources.
